Photos are available to view and purchase on our secure, dedicated photo website picdayphotos.co.uk. Parents will automatically be sent a unique link to access their child’s images plus any group photos.

Its a FREE green screen photo shoot, that we offer to junior grassroots sports clubs, early year settings and schools. Think your annual school photos but much, much BETTER.

All members are photographed individually, and then edited on to some awesome backgrounds. We also create group photos from these too, meaning no waiting around for everyone to be photographed as a whole.

The photos are then made available to parents to purchase AND the organiser receives 10% CASHBACK on all sales.

No catch, we make money by the photos being made available to purchase by parents/guardians on our secure online shop. They are at no obligation whatsoever to purchase.

We offer 10% of profits as cashback to you. One month after the PicDay, we calculate this and send you a cashback report detailing the products sold and how much you will receive. You then send us your bank details, and we make the transfer.

Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on making the PicDay as simple as possible for you and all those taking part.  We will send the organiser a pre-registration link, which in turn needs to be sent to all parents.  They simply pop in their email address, child’s name and age group.  This then removes the need for any admin on the day and ensures the parents are automatically told via email that their photos are ready.

We ask for a minimum indoor space of 3m x 6m with access to power – a school hall, sports hall, or large classroom is ideal.

Our minimum number of participants is 10 to make the shoot worthwhile.

We typically work within a 30-mile radius of Peterborough, but if you’re further afield and have 150+ members, we’d love to chat.

PicDay is actively exploring new areas, so if you’re outside that range and interested, please get in touch – we’re keen to hear where demand is growing.

It’s easy! Just get in touch to check availability and arrange a suitable date – we offer weekday, evening, and weekend slots to suit your schedule.

Once we’ve agreed on a date, we’ll send you a simple online booking form. Complete that, and you’re date is secured. You’ll receive a pack via email with everything you need to make this as simple as possible, including templated emails for parents and a PDF to send out that explains everything, covers common FAQs and has a QR code for registration.

Not much at all! Once you’re booked in, we’ll send you a clear, step-by-step guide with everything you need to know.

It includes ready-to-send parent comms, registration links, QR codes, FAQs, and a suggested schedule. We’ll guide you through the whole process – it’s simple, stress-free, and fully supported from start to finish.

Parents FAQs

Absolutely! Once the photos are ready, you’ll receive a secure link to view your child’s gallery on our photo website: picdayphotos.co.uk.

You can browse all the images, explore the package options, and only order the ones you love.

Your photos will be ready to view online within 7–10 working days of the shoot.

From there, you have two delivery options:

  • Free Club Delivery – Order within 7 days and your photos will be delivered in a batch to your school or club, usually within a few working days. They’ll be handed out by your organiser.

  • Direct Shipping – Prefer delivery to your door? Choose paid direct shipping at checkout and your order will arrive within a few working days.

Either way, you’ll have your photos fast and looking fantastic.

If you pre-registered, you should have received an email with a link to your child’s gallery.

All payments will be made on our photo website, picdayphotos.co.uk. We accept debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Google and Apple Pay.

No problem! You can log back into your account anytime and place additional orders.

Just a heads-up: free batch delivery to your club or school is only available for 7 days after the photos go live. After that, any extra orders will be sent via paid direct delivery to your home.

This is correct and is confirmed at the time of ordering. As the group digital image can be easily shared, it is not included as a download. However, you can order it as a printed product.

You’ll receive a personalised QR code from your club or school. Just scan it and follow the link to register online. It only takes a minute.

Yes! After the shoot, you’ll receive a link to a private online gallery with multiple poses and background options, plus options to buy digital packs or printed images. You choose the ones you love.

Ordering is all online. Orders placed within a week are delivered free in bulk to the school or club. After that, you can still order and simply pay for home delivery.

Don’t worry, you can still order. You’ll just pay for standard delivery rather than getting the free batch delivery.

Yes, absolutely! If both children are attending the same session, we can take sibling shots in addition to individual ones.
